Mr. Aman Naagar has been appointed as the Managing Director of Avis India, effective April 2023. Aman, before this, was the Chief Operating Officer of the Rent-a-Car business of the company. Aman has been spearheading the business and is responsible for strategic business planning and execution to enhance profitability and is an expert in strategic and operational visioning, accountable for building a high-performance management team for rapid growth. Aman has completed his B.Com, followed by a PGDBA from Symbiosis, Pune. His areas of professional interest are turnaround strategy, team building and business process re-engineering.He has previously worked in International Shipping, Logistics, and International Trading Industries.

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Gourav Rajvanshi is Chief Financial Officer of Avis India. He oversees the overall financial aspects of the company including financial planning, analysis & control, strategic business decisions, accounting & financial reporting, taxation, internal & statutory audits, treasury, risk management, and compliance. Gourav is a chartered accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has started his career with Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Limited and worked with Acme Telepower Limited, and Luxor International Private Limited before joining AVIS. His interests include travel, cricket and watching movies.

Chief Operating Officer - Lease

Mr. Avinash Gupte is Chief Operating Officer - Lease for Avis India, responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies. Avinash has completed Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay, followed by MBA in Marketing from Fore School of Management, Delhi. His areas of professional interests are to constantly innovate, conceptualize and implement new products and initiatives for long-term sustainable growth. Avinash started his career with Maruti Suzuki in the area of after sales service and later contributed significantly to the setting up of business operations for the Lease Plan India and thereafter with ALD Automotive.

Mr. Mukesh Mehta

Chief Operating Officer - RAC

Mr. Mukesh Mehta is the Chief Operating Officer - RAC for Avis India and is responsible for achievement of the revenue targets, ensuring stated margin on these revenue and client management. Mukesh has completed his PGDSM from NIS followed by an MBA from Symbiosis Pune. His areas of professional interest are Client Acquisition, retention and managing the revenue streams. In the past, he has worked with RPG Ricoh, UM Group in various capacities.

National Head – Human Resources & Administration

Mr. Rajiv Singh is the National Head – Human Resources & Administration of Avis India, responsible for initiating modern HR interventions to build sustainable growth through empowering and building people capabilities. Rajiv strongly believes in diversity across the value chain and has rich experience in all facets of HR. Rajiv has done his PGDHRM from ISB&M Pune. Previously he was associated with LG Electronics, Tecumseh Products, New Holland Fiat and last being Sagar Ratna Restaurants as Group HR Head.
